CleanBreak Pliers with 3 Sets of Jaws

Lattice Scriber
This is the best scriber you'll ever find for scribing semiconductor wafers. This custom scriber has an eight point truncated diamond tip that can be used for both toe and heel scribing held by robust 4" long pin vise handle.

The Scribing and Cleaving Station
The Scribing and Cleaving Station includes two diamond scribes for marking and scribing, one pen style diamond scribe and pliers for cleaving, everything in the Cleaving Kit (CSK-200M-LG). In addition, the Lattice Scriber, customised with an 8 point diamond tip that scribes well at any angle and LatticeGear’s small sample cleaving pliers are included so that a clean cleave is always possible on samples from a few mm’s to 300 mm.
