Lab Tables with Work Space
These microscopy workstations and laboratory tables are extremely useful in physical, chemical and biological sciences laboratories seeking passive / pneumatic vibration control in their experimentation. This series is equipped with smart automatic levelling. Some suppliers state automatic levelling as active isolation which could be confusing. Active isolation generally uses electromagnetic / piezo systems for isolation and operate on electricity as opposed to an air supply. For clarity we use the term Pneumatic Isolation and all of our air based isolation systems come with automatic levelling.

Clean Room Tables
Clean room tables are ideal for providing passive vibration control in Class 1 clean laboratories that have controlled levels of contamination. This series is made of stainless steel that prevents production and/or dispersion of particles in air.
To meet a variety of purposes and requirements, customisation of size and location of isolated platform and accessories like drawer unit, under shelf and electric outlet are available.
These laboratory tables are designed to provide active vibration control to ultra-precision instruments from floor vibrations. These workstations are extremely useful to obtain the highest quality of results and/or highly accurate measurements from ultra-precise instruments. These tables are equipped with strong metal springs in the isolator units and do not require air supply to operate. This design helps to support heavy payloads and provides isolation from high frequencies of vibrations. This series comes with the option of a laminated top or a breadboard.
Pneumatic Tabletop Platforms
These tabletop isolation platforms are ideal for small and lightweight precision instruments. This series is equipped with ISO-B2 pneumatic vibration isolators and smart automatic levelling. Active Tabletop Platforms
The active models are designed to offer a robust plug and play operation, providing a simple and easy solution for a variety of applications. These platforms are highly effective in isolating ultra-precision instruments from ambient vibrations ranging 1~10 Hz, where the precision instruments tend to be unstable and disruptive. These systems start to isolate at 0.5 Hz, delivering 99.0% at 10 Hz. Front LCD display allows users to monitor real-time vibration levels and a status of automatic leveling.
Laminated and tapped hole stainless steel top surfaces are available.

DVIO-B series 25, 50 and 100 mm thick honeycomb breadboards offer superior performance levels of broad banding and rigidity that effectively minimise relative displacement in a wide frequency, ensuring a guaranteed performance and quality for a variety of purposes.
0.25 mm thick honeycomb steel layers are corrugated to increase core density and minimise cell size. These corrugated honeycomb steel layers are vertically epoxy-bonded with stainless steel top skins, carbon steel bottom skins and sidewalls to offer static and dynamic rigidity for the outstanding performance level of our optical tables and breadboards.
Our honeycomb core yields in the highest core density and the smallest honeycomb cell size 3.2㎠, offering remarkable rigidity of the optical tables and breadboards. The smallest honeycomb cells contribute to increase the elastic selection modulus and increases the natural resonance frequency of the optical tops. The higher natural frequency minimises vibration intensities and deflection under loads which is critical for conducting optical experiments.

Aluminium Optical Plates
DSAP series aluminium optical plates offer a solid black anodised surface with a grid of M6 mounting holes for end-users’ components. The black anodised surface reduces reflection of light and prevents the optical plates from turning rusty or corroded.
Selection of 12 mm and 15 mm thick aluminium optical plates is an optimal solution for mounting applications that do not require critical vibration damping.
Scientific Grade Optical Tops
Our scientific grade optical tops are based on the broadband standard damping which minimises relative displacement in a wide frequency, offering a promised performance and quality for extensive applications. The scientific grade optical tops provide the same features as the research grade optical table but with reduced structural damping level.
200mm, 300mm and 400mm thickness models with a range of sizes are available.
Research Grade Optical Tops
Our research grade optical tops offer the finest performance level of broadband damping that effectively minimises relative displacement in a wide frequency; therefore, users can use our optical tops for the most challenging applications. The research grade optical tops provide the same features as the scientific grade optical tops, but with the higher structural damping level, increased elastic selection modulus and improved rigidity.

Non-magnetic Stainless Steel Optical Tops
Non-magnetic stainless steel optical tops are made of 304 series ferromagnetic stainless steel for clean rooms and non-magnetic applications. The non-magnetic stainless steel optical tops provide the same features and benefits that are present on the research grade optical tops. The stainless steel optical tops feature the finest performance level of broadband damping that effectively minimises relative displacement in a wide frequency, superior structural damping level and ultimate rigidity.We offer customisation of all optical tops to meet a variety of experimental requirements.
Custom Optical Tables
Different combinations of our optical tops with active, pneumatic and rigid frames are available to suit a variety of experimental requirements and space availability in the laboratory. Our joined table systems enable multiple tables to be joined end-to-end, side-to-side, side-to-end, or mixed configurations to form long and wide “U”, “L”, “T”, or “Cross” shaped tables.
To ensure flatness, the joined table systems are manufactured as matched sets and supplied as complete systems, shipped as dismantled for on site assembly. Joining optical tops of different thickness provides multiple heights of work surfaces.
Self-standing Pneumatic or Rigid Supports
The primary goal of designing vibration isolators is to lower the natural frequency of isolators as low as possible, in order to filter ambient vibrations in buildings, before the vibrations can reach and disturb the optical tops. Our integrated pneumatic supports achieve in isolating the low frequency vibrations through the two-chamber vibration isolators and high damping technology.
Pendulum piston for superior vibration isolation: Our unique design of piston forms a friction-less pendulum system to provide a horizontal isolation of very low frequency vibrations. As the optical table moves sideways, the horizontal movement is converted into the pendulum motion that causes zero frictional resistance to the movement and damp the system horizontally.
We offer a variety of pneumatic isolators with load capacities ranging from 200 to 3000 kg. We substantially study customers’ requirements in order to provide the right isolators. Self-standing rigid supports are also available.
Integrated Pneumatic or Rigid Supports
Integrated rigid supports provide high load capacities at affordable price. Rubber pads of the rigid supports offer a basic vibration isolation where customers’ applications are not sensitive to vibrations.
Active Isolation Optical Tables
DVIA-MO consists of four active vibration isolators. The elements of passive and active systems are incorporated in the active isolators; sensors and actuators are installed in the isolators, reducing vibrations in 1-10 Hz, meanwhile the passive isolation system supports massive payloads and provides vibration isolation in high frequency range.
The combination of optical breadboards/granite surface plates and DVIA-M active isolators creates the ultimate hybrid active optical table, offering superior vibration isolation in low frequency range for the most challenging applications such as high resolution spectroscopy, microscopy, precision nanosturucture studies and fabrication.

EM Base and Cradle Platform
DVIP Series incorporates custom-made vibration isolation bases and cradle platforms designed to isolate tall, large and heavy precision equipment such as electron microscopes from floor vibrations. Optimal vibration isolation systems are designed on order to meet the requirements of particular model; for example, the DVIP-C cradle platform is specifically designed for the instruments with high center of gravity.
Ultimate Active Base for FIB, SEM & TEM
DVIA-MB series has been specifically designed for Focussed Ion Beam, Scanning Electron Microscopes and Transmission Electron Microscopes. DVIA-MB series fits all commercial electron microscopes and is the ultimate active vibration isolation base platform to assist the electron microscopes with obtaining high resolution images.
Cost-effective SEM Base
DIVA-UB active vibration isolation base platform is designed to isolate Scanning Electron Microscopes from floor vibrations in the most cost-effective way.
DVIA-U Series active isolation systems do not require air supply in order to operate the system. Strong metal springs in the isolator units, not only support heavy payloads but also provide passive vibration isolation in high frequency range.
Inertial sensors and actuators that are installed in our active isolation bases, detect and control vibrations in three translational degrees of motions (X, Y, Z), and three rotational degrees of motions (pitch, roll, yaw).
Every installation site has different vibration levels, indicating that every installation site requires different tuning. Therefore, we offer on-site tuning to utilise the feed-back and feed-forward control systems effectively, which are the critical factors to control the vibrations. Without on-site tuning, the active isolation systems cannot deliver the 100% isolation performance.

Clean Room Foundation Isolation Systems
Based on over 30 years of experience in installing sub-floor vibration isolation systems in semiconductor fabrication plants, we guarantee delivering the highest quality products and improving throughput of semiconductor manufacturing.
The structure of supports are made of extreme rigidity steel and the four corners of the supports are filled with concrete, increasing stability, rigidity and stiffness. The choice of vibration isolators varies with the required vibration criteria of equipment; if the passive vibration isolators do not meet the vibration criteria, the active vibration isolators must be used.
Active Pneumatic Vibration Isolators
DVIA-P Series is built to provide vibration isolation for semiconductor manufacturing which can be used in the Foundation Isolation Systems. When wafer fabrication processes complete electrical or photonic integrated circuits on linear motorised stages, vibrations occur on the entire instrument, and the semiconductor equipment is extremely sensitive to the low frequency vibrations. In these cases, DVIA-P Series minimizes the vibrations and settles the residual movements of an isolated payload through pneumatic actuators.
