The DAE acoustic enclosure is specifically designed to provide outstanding acoustic isolation in the noisiest environments for ultra-sensitive metrology instruments such as AFMs and electron microscopes. Acoustic noise can critically disturb high-precision microscopes, and with our advanced acoustic isolation layering technology, the acoustic enclosure eliminates acoustic noise of a broad frequency spectrum from adversely affecting measurement data.

The DSE is an SEM enclosure that provides an optimal environment where acoustic noise cannot be transmitted to the microscope inside. Our SEM enclosure has a cooling control system to prevent rising temperatures inside the enclosure, and the enclosure isolate environmental noises as well, making it a key component in certain electron microscopy applications. In addition, users can add custom configurations and accessories according to specifications.
