Nozzle-based Electrospinning devices with state-of-the-art production capabilities are in demand in laboratories worldwide. However, only a limited number of enterprises can meet these needs. The dearth of standard instruments for nanofibre synthesis was the biggest motivation behind the establishment of INOVENSO (Innovative Engineering Solutions).
INOVENSO started with the production of single and multi-needle electrospinning devices that were bought by a considerable number of research laboratories and industry in a very short time. Currently, INOVENSO Co. is the leading manufacturer of nanofibre production equipment with its patented Hybrid Nozzle Technology.
As chosen by the University of Sydney, University of Queensland, UNSW, Deakin University, RMIT University, Swinburne University, Flinders University, Macquarie University, University of Newcastle, University of Wollongong, University of South Australia, University of Adelaide, University of Southern Queensland, and CSIRO amongst 600+ organisations globally.
Currently, we offer needle-based, nozzle-based, nozzle-less, hybrid, single-nozzle, and multi-nozzle electrospinning devices in three main categories as lab-scale, pilot-line, and industrial-scale nanofibre production electrospinning equipment in Australia and New Zealand. Advanced Lab-Scale Production Systems
NE 300
- The NE300 Electrospinning Machine is a compact, versatile, advanced lab-scale system for high-throughput production in university labs and industrial R&D centres.
- It can employ up to 9 nozzles for a bottom-up electrospinning process with simultaneous production of multiple nanofibre streams. It also enables single-nozzle production.
- It has both a rotational drum collector and a stationary plate collector with feeding mechanisms for uniform and homogeneous coating with lower solution consumption.
- It has an electrically insulated cabinet with high-density PE parts inert to chemical solutions, which enables working with many polymers such as Nylon, PU, PAN, PVA, etc.
- Many optional modules can be added to the system, such as coaxial nozzles for core-shell, hollow, and bi-component nanofibres, temperature control, etc.

NanoSpinner NS-24
- The NS-24 is Inovenso’s most versatile and advanced laboratory-scale system used primarily in textile and air filtration, but also in chemistry, medical, cosmetics and agriculture industries. It is also our best-selling model with more than 50 units installed in renowned universities and companies around the globe.
- With up to 12 electrospinning nozzles feeding syringes of all types, this model can also be used with a single nozzle for small-laboratory production.
